This footage was shot in the Cascade Mountains east of Seattle near Snoqualmie Pass. Dr. Jonathan Reed (a.k.a. John Rutter) was hiking with his dog in the forest when all of a sudden the dog started attacking an unknown creature. Reed struck the unknown creature in the head with a tree branch in order to stop the fight. Reed brought the creature back to his home, still alive, and this is the footage that he captured.
